SINGAPORE – You might have seen some questionable people around touting keychains or soothing toys, claiming they are reformed offenders or volunteers.

But these people are not partial of a Yellow Ribbon Project, a beginning pronounced in a Facebook post on Thursday (April 11).

In a post addressed to members of a public, it pronounced that both a Project and a Yellow Ribbon Fund are not now conducting any open fund-raising.

“We have not certified any people or groups to do so in open on a behalf,” it added.

Yellow Ribbon remarkable that gift organisations that are protected to appeal supports in open would be postulated a Collector’s Certificate of Authority from a National Council of Social Services (NCSS) and a duplicate of a military permit.

To check if concession collectors are who they explain to be, we can indicate a QR formula on a permit.

You can also determine it with a Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth’s Charities Unit, by content messaging “FR” followed by a space and a NCSS capitulation series to 79777.

If we confront questionable concession collectors, we can call a military during 999, Yellow Ribbon said.
